It is located in the heart of the historic center, precisely in Piazza Banchi, near the Old Port. Its strategic location reflects the link between commerce and religiosity that characterized Genoese society during the Renaissance.

The Monumental Bridge: link between ancient and modern
The Monumental Bridge, located on Via XX Settembre, is one of Genoa’s most iconic and representative structures.
This imposing bridge, built between 1892 and 1895, is more than just an infrastructure: it is a symbol of modernity and progress for Genoa in the late 19th century, as well as an important urban connection point and an architectural work of great historical and artistic value.

Villa Durazzo Pallavicini: fascinating open-air theater
The Villa Durazzo Pallavicini is one of the most fascinating and historically rich mansions located in Genoa. Built in the 19th century, the villa is an outstanding example of neoclassical architecture and landscape design.

The legendary St. Agatha’s Bridge
Not far from Genoa Brignole Railway Station, we can find a gem amidst the hectic city traffic: the medieval St. Agatha Bridge.
Placed alongside the more linear and modern Castelfidardo Bridge, it connects the city center with the San Fruttuoso district.
